If you pay to achieve any of the above, then it’s advertising. So, in a sense, everything that we do at Chillifish is advertising… but maybe that’s being pedantic.
In the good old days, an ad was something you saw in a publication or on the telly. Now it can be a video on Youtube or an interactive banner in an online magazine or a point-of-sale video at a store counter. Our approach is quite simple: if we believe that a campaign requires a traditional advertising in traditional media, then that’s what we will do – we can create concepts that jump off the page or leap out of the screen; as well as being marketing communications strategists, we all started life as designers and copy writers. Well, we all had to start somewhere…
